At Masajes de Filipinos, we value both your time and our therapists. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all clients, we follow the cancellation guidelines below.

1. 24‑Hour Cancellation Window

Cancellations or changes to your appointment must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients who may be waiting.

2. Late Cancellations

Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before your appointment is considered a late cancellation.
Late cancellations are non‑refundable, and the session will be marked as used.

3. No‑Show Policy

If you do not arrive for your appointment and no cancellation is made, this will be treated as a no‑show.
No‑show appointments are non‑refundable.

4. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment free of charge as long as it is done 24 hours in advance.
Rescheduling within the 24‑hour window is treated as a late cancellation.

5. Therapist & Room Availability

In rare cases where adjustments are needed due to therapist availability or operational reasons, we may contact you to reschedule. We will always do our best to accommodate your preferred time.

6. Respect for Time

This policy ensures fairness to our therapists, who reserve their time specifically for you, and to other clients who may be waiting for available slots.
